Jody Harm – Licensed Medical Aesthetician

With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Medical Aesthetician, Jody Harm has built a respected reputation for advanced skin care rooted in both clinical expertise and a personalized approach.

After relocating from Los Angeles to Sonoma County in 2000, Jody joined Dermatology Associates of Petaluma, where she practiced for five years. While developing her own skin care spa in Santa Rosa, she was invited to collaborate with Dr. David Marcus at a local Plastic Surgery Center, further expanding her experience in both dermatologic and surgical aesthetic care.

These clinical settings deepened Jody’s commitment to treating complex skin conditions not typically addressed in traditional spa environments. In 2006, she founded The Skin Clinique Inc., a space dedicated to advanced skin care with a focus on customized, results-driven treatments.

Throughout her career, Jody has trained with many of the most respected professionals and institutions in the industry. She earned her Master’s Diploma from the prestigious International Dermal Institute, where she also worked for four years in their concept spa, Leonard Drake. Additionally, she spent five years working alongside renowned dermatologist Dr. Howard Murad, both in his medical office and wellness spa. Her time in Los Angeles provided her with valuable experience treating high-profile clients in the film and television industry, reinforcing her reputation for discretion and excellence.

Jody was among the first in the U.S. to complete medical certification in Dermatologic Skin Care and Pre/Post-Operative Care for cosmetic surgery patients, through the esteemed Rayner Institute in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. Her continuing education includes certified units in nursing and post-secondary vocational rehabilitation, officially registered with the California State Board of Education.

A published author and industry thought leader, Jody has served on the Advisory Board of Les Nouvelles Esthétiques, one of the leading professional skin care journals. She is actively involved in industry associations and state regulatory discussions, regularly attending professional conferences including those hosted by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), to stay up-to-date on advances in treatments, FDA regulations, prescription therapies, and aesthetic technologies.

Jody is meticulous in curating both her professional treatment products and retail offerings. She researches global developments in active ingredients and emerging formulations, ensuring that every product used and recommended at The Skin Clinique is both safe and effective. Meet Iris – Licensed Aesthetician

With over five years of experience in the skincare industry, Iris is a Licensed Aesthetician who blends holistic wellness with clinical expertise to deliver customized, results-driven treatments. Her approach is grounded in the belief that true skin health is achieved by aligning both internal wellness and external care—a philosophy that shines through in every service she provides.

Iris is extensively trained in a wide range of skin care modalities, from advanced extractions and corrective facials to therapeutic massage techniques that promote circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation. Her education includes specialized training through The Skin Clinique's Advanced Education Curriculum, where she mastered manual extractions, advanced skin analysis and various facial massage methods known to rejuvenate the skin and enhance natural radiance.

Clients frequently praise Iris for her gentle touch, thorough techniques, and calming presence. She takes great pride in her ability to create a soothing, welcoming environment while addressing each client’s unique skin concerns—whether it's acne, sensitivity, premature aging, or dullness. Outside of her skincare practice, she enjoys hiking the local trails and spending quality time with her 13-year-old daughter, often folk dancing together and performing as a way to stay connected, joyful, and active.

Meet Elizabeth – Master PMU Artist with Over 9 Years of Experience

Elizabeth is a highly skilled and passionate Permanent Makeup (PMU) artist, originally from Ukraine and currently living in Los Angeles.  Elizabeth flies into Sonoma County once a month to create beautiful Brows, Lips and eyeliner for our lucky clients at The Skin Clinique. 

Elizabeth has been perfecting her craft for over eight years. Her journey into the world of cosmetic artistry began in her home country of Ukraine, where she dedicated four intensive years to studying and training in the art of PMU. Through rigorous education and hands-on practice, she rose to the level of master artist, earning recognition for her exceptional technique and attention to detail.

Before discovering her calling in the beauty industry, Elizabeth built a strong foundation in healthcare as a licensed nurse in Ukraine. Her medical background gives her a unique perspective on client care, safety, and hygiene—principles she integrates seamlessly into her PMU practice. It was during her nursing career that she attended a training session in permanent makeup, an experience that sparked a deep love for the artistry and precision involved in the field.

Elizabeth brings not only technical expertise but also a refined artistic sensibility to her work. She is formally trained in color theory, a vital component of achieving natural, flattering results in permanent makeup. Her knowledge ensures that every pigment is carefully chosen and customized to complement each client’s unique skin tone, features, and preferences.
